O. GENE BICKNELL FITNESS CENTER
Our 5,000-square-foot fitness center offers a wide array of workout options.
INDOOR SWIMMING POOL
The 25-yard pool offers six swimming lanes and is heated year round.
GYMNASTICS CENTER
Our 9,000-square-foot gymnastics center is equipped with a soft-catch tumbling pit and spring floor – providing modern gymnastics features and equipment.
WOMEN’S FITNESS CENTER
The YMCA’s Women’s Fitness Center is a women-only fitness center within a fitness center.
JOGGING/WALKING AREA
Indoor jogging and walking in the gymnasiums is best accommodated in the morning and early afternoon, prior to busy late-afternoon activities. Twelve laps around either gym equals one mile.
2 RACQUETBALL COURTS
We have two racquetball courts, and reservations are recommended. Racquetball is free to members.
AEROBICS STUDIO
This 2,400-square-foot area offers room to spread out and get moving.
2 FULL-SIZE GYMNASIUMS-
Each gym is 70’ x 105’ and have two cross courts for basketball, volleyball or jogging.
